A former power station, this historic filming location was decommissioned in 1976 and dates back to 1939.
Originally Barking’s ‘A’ power station, this old derelict building takes you back in time. Atmospheric with tall ceilings and large halls, this place has it all.
Transport linksLOCATION map
Barking Station (overground, District and Hammersmith and City) is just 3 miles from this east London filming location, and it’s just over a mile from Upney station. The switch building is also under a mile from A13 so has great transport links to M25 and M11.
There is plenty of space for crew cars and unit base near site.
