Barking Park

One of the borough’s oldest parks, this space opened in 1898 and covers nearly 30 hectares.

On site you’ll find a 910 metre long boating lake, plenty of ornamental areas and tree lined avenues, as well as a natural wooden play area. There is also a splash park which features a water fountain that dates back to the 1930’s and there is also a cafe.

With direct access to the North Circular (A406), Barking Park provides great access to Central London via the A13 and access towards Essex via the M11. Barking Park is 0.7 miles from Barking station (approx 4 min walk).

Parking availability

There is ample space for tech trucks and a small car park for crew cars.
